That normally is the case with a NDA in effect and even if it isn't, companies normally don't talk about what other companies are doing even if to promote the company.

So is his reply states DR is "doing" something. Again folks, NDAs are in place. Merle is not at liberty to say anything. DR is a huge investment bank, they are not going to allow anything to slip.
