Anthony Welch is a serial diluter who runs stocks to NO BID.
And the SEC is investigating him. Why let Welch do the same to PMPD?
He kills stocks.

We are seeing that same Dilution procedure from Welch on PMDP.

GLTA ... with Welch at the helm dumping PMDP ... luck is needed because facts certainly are not good.

Question, if a Doctor was under investigation for Malpractice at Company A, would you go to see him at Company B?

Even after the Doctor failed to show up in court to provide evidence that he was a good doctor? I know I wouldn't.
