That's really funny BLTN - Obviously Kwon is refering to the Faux BOD that Joe/Dean are trying to put over on shareholders, because Jeff certainly wouldn't be attempting to taint himself as one of the authentic BOD members. He says out of one side of his mouth that shareholders control the company, then out of the other he states that the shareholders are too dumb to understand what's going on so they must be excluded from the decision making process. And he takes issue with our jumping all over him...some folks are really into themselves aren't they - What a guy....

According to those that heard Kwon yesterday, he said they could not let the shareholders vote because Mr DiGenova had tainted the shareholders against the current BOD. LMAO, that is like the govt saying they have to ram stuff down our throat because we are too dumb to get it. These crooks think of everything, and thankfully they are looking out for us, LOL. GLTU

Its pretty incredible ... IF this was truly what we were going to be inheriting from a management perspecive I think I would have to start a rally to bring Dean back. For crying out loud, he had at least the capacity to string a semi-coherent bussiness plan together and could write English. Even if it was all ultimately BS.

These guys can't even make up their mind which story to fabricate and follow on a day to day basis. Must be a pain to figure out what everybody wants for lunch ...
