I'really do have my doubts of the news of the special dividend. It is really a trick to attract new investors, the news is too good to be thruth.

I've been a stock holder for a year now, a year ago they did the same and were promising castles in the air. It is not realistic a dividend of $0.06 for a stock which is less worth than $0.01.
