#230645 RE: kds_1970 #230644

Hi Joe C nice try. Look for current shareholders no matter why or who is to blame o/s is 1.5 billion. For that dilution QASP has nothing of value for shareholders to be happy about for that dilution. So because of that dilution we end up with what? More of it and then what? Nothing again and stock price .0001 and then r/s. You say necessary evil will have to be addressed? What that in order for QASP the co to have a future they need to sell a lot more shares?

Well sure that means QASP will be around to sell more shares. The do r/s and start again.

The point is it is not a necessary evil for current shareholders to accept. Why would we when it kills of any value we have left in our stock.

Nope not going to want that so I will take the share exchange. Anything else means 100% loss of share value if we stay with qasp and do what you call the necessary evil. Wrong we do now have another choice.

Replying to your Post # 230645

I have neither met you, nor heard your voice on the CC, but couldn't help but notice the flack you took after your last post. Since you are asking IHUBBERS in general why they would invest in QASP, and I am guilty of that sin, I will respond but I can not speak for everyone.

I have read and followed this board for quite some months now. What to this point is most interesting about the shareholders of QASP is the common thread of discontent amongst the masses. The ultimate reality of it all is why ?

It is easy to have hindsight. The point is that with Mineseeker and some of the other 'promised acquisitions' the prospect of major gains was not as far-fetched as you would make it sound"

Why did shareholders allow themselves to be suckered into questionable PR’s. Who in there right minds would fall for such spin doctor tales on wild gain and mass fortune in such a small period of time. Whether you want to except it or not, but all of you have a part to play in all of this.

Basically, PRs are supposed to be the truth. Blaming the victim of a lie is pretty cheap. It is the liar who is the problem. Hindsight is not the same as wisdom. People invest all the time out of hope and fear. the investors in QASP are not a uniquely naive gang. Why stay in? Because people like Jeff were willing to put it all on the line. I sold some of my position but stayed in because I believed that it was worth the gamble that Jeff was determined to bring this back into order and it looks like the Fat Lady hasn't sung yet."

Why did you as shareholders hold on to worthless stock that were assumed on a one day big payout?

In my case, I never assumed a one day big payout. I was more enthusiastic about helping landmine victims and allowing this to rise gradually. Every investment is a hope that money will be made.

Why did you as shareholders limit your voice to this IHUB message board and not request Dean's removal early on? [/quote I actually suggested we call a meeting a while back. However, I have a job and I don't have the expertise or the time to start a whole movement. I trusted Jeff was moving in that direction. The last-minute 're-insurgency' of Canouse, Bradley and the gang of twits was a big surprise.]

You can point fingers all you want and you can make me out and others to be your escape goat, and the reason for your frustrations. As it was so eloquently put by one shareholders WAH WHAH WAH (to suggest that I am crying) well what do you all think you have been doing for months on end. Common sense would have alerted someone here to call a special shareholders meeting in order to cure the problem (Dean Bradley) but no one did.
Instead what you do is demonize a newcomers effort that had your best interest at hand. Yeah so what I mentioned on the CC that an A/S increase was a form of a necessary evil to resurrect Quasar, common shares are the only existing thing of real value this company has to it’s credit. No one and I repeat no one has been willing to bring any real revenue into this company to help it out.

There was a mass call for dean to retire. After Dean was 'retired' it seemed things were moving toward clean-up and steps were being taken to right the ship. If you are part of that process and have helped, let me be the first to offer my heartfelt thanks. However, Ihub is a brutal playing field and you are unlikely to get a fair trial here.

Regardless of what you think about me or my comments, the bottom line here is that you as shareholders have shelled out a lot of money and in exchange you have worthless stock in return.
The necessary evil will still have to be addressed, and there will be no way to sugar coat or dance around what will ultimately have to done in order to restore value into this cesspool of a mess created.

I kind of feel like this is a revolution. The shareholders who have been scammed are finally standing up to the corrupt system and demanding their justice. This may be a questionable investment strategy but it like being in Lybia, where if you are on the opposition even if you lose everything, even if you get brutally crushed, you tried and your family and your next generation will say you did the right thing! Enough is enough.

Any form of investing is a risk and sometimes the reward out weighs the risk, but any educated investor knows that penny stock investing comes with certain failure to the tune of 98%. So, before it is assumed that I am defending Dean Bradley, think again and if you think I am bashing Jeff D you are sadly mistaken.

Good, because from some of the remarks you made in a previous post, you sound like you are lumping both of them in the same pot. Do you respect the efforts Jeff has made or are you trying to take credit for everything?

When I met both individuals I was a neutral party my role has been very simple and that was to introduce the company to possible investor that would be interested in taking on this mess. I, thank GOD and I have told this to James on many occasions that he came in with the interest to take on this task because no one up this point had any interest.

With that being said, you must remember you are still far from out of the woods yet, and people like myself will still be working behind the scenes to accomplish the proposed theories into reality so that you as shareholders can truly benefit. So, say what you want and insult me all you like whether you like it or not my opinion(s) still carry weight. Oh, and by the way the ring that you guys like to joke abut was worth 27,500k (one shareholder used $80.00 to devalue me as a credible person), and to the other how is my grammar (LOL). The point of the matter is that you have people like me cheering for the underdog which is you as shareholders , do not destroy the one thing you have going for by totally dismissing ones opinion. Look at it like this:
There is no one solution that will totally cure the situation without you having to lose another limb or two. Your investment into a pipe dream is to far gone for that. “I see this way if I had to amputate both your legs so that you could live then I would rather see that you have a quality of life in a wheel chair than suffer in the current condition.

I have no issue with you, and no comment on your 'ring' I hope your feelings are not hurt too much and you will continue to work diligently for the benefit of shareholders. I guess we'll see how it plays out. Best wishes to you and to us all

I feel so much better just knowing

that people like you will be working behind the scenes....

and people like myself will still be working behind the scenes to accomplish the proposed theories into reality

Feel free to head back behind the scenes now...

And keep working on accomplishing the proposed theories (whatever they are), and maybe on defining the problem you're going to save us from...

Maybe just work on the reality part generally, it seems like you need to do some work in that area... Good Luck!

Why did you as shareholders limit your voice to this IHUB message board and not request Dean's removal early on ?

It was tried already. I made a suggestion and mailed everyone at the Board of directors. Suggested Shareholder meeting and a vote and change in management. But after the special Board meeting they issued the press relese they will be suing investors and IHUB and reatained special council.

So just so everybody is clear ...

You want to berate the same shareholders you say you are here to help? Do you have the foggiest notion how long some of us have been in and dragged through this unfolding drama?

"How To Win Friends and Influence People"?

I have read slightly ahead and recognize by your own admission that you have only been familiar with this situation since January of this year is it?

How many years would you like to go back to get up to speed? Equus days? We still have some here that go back that far. Honestly it is difficult to grasp just what the rant here is all about.

Several questions: Why was this so called conference call done in a corner, with only a few even aware of it? Why was there even a CC to begin with and more importantly, just exactly who was it that orchestrated it and for what purpose?

Yeah so what I mentioned on the CC that an A/S increase was a form of a necessary evil to resurrect Quasar, common shares are the only existing thing of real value this company has to it’s credit. No one and I repeat no one has been willing to bring any real revenue into this company to help it out.

Good grief, where have we heard this rhetoric before? But wait you go on to state:

I, thank GOD and I have told this to James on many occasions that he came in with the interest to take on this task because no one up this point had any interest.

So which is it, no one or someone? Incomprehensible.

I can not believe you come to this board and berate shareholders. If you should be berating anyone it should be the prior management.

You know what, I am in a position with my company where I have control of about $80 million in assets. We have $70 million come through the door every year. I would NOT for ONE minute contemplate scamming anyone involved in our company. I can not believe there are people out there like Dean and crew. I WORK for living. I EARN my money. I don't STEAL IT.

IF PRIOR MANAGEMENT was honest, truthful, respectible individuals WE as shareholders would not have to worry about being scammed. But unfortunately management like this ends up on shows like American Greed for a reason.

You should take your own comments and direct them where they belong which is with PRIOR MANAGEMENT.
