You're absolutely right about premium financing. It is a HUGE deal. With the share structure that this stock has, news of a finalized deal could make the price go up very rapidly.
There aren't a whole lot of shares out there and if people that are already in hold on that will only make the price go even higher.
This stock was very comfortable at the .15 to .20 level until that one day blitz came and a former IR person took advantage of it to unload a big block of shares that had been given to him. Now that seller is gone and the stock is free to get back to previous levels, and beyond in my opinion.
