The company will of course still make money. ADSV is not a sunken ship by any means, it will just take a beating this next week because of all the investors who bought in for the sole purpose of the court case. There will be a sell off and if you strongly believe in ADSV, then a sell off is a blessing in disguise. I believe in the company but I also know there is no rush to grab more shares this week as I will (should) be able to grab more next week or the week after at these same low prices, at least until the next Quarterly comes out. Again, to each his own and I wish everybody the best in their decision
