I agree with you, unfortunately, and I do not bash w/o reason. I have been in many penny stocks over the years, and have seen this pattern over and over. The news released should have resulted in decent upward movement, period. True, it may take a billion shares traded to call volume heavy, but no one who truly invests in this stock would sell at such low prices. They did this before several months ago when share price went to 0.0007 after great news, per my recollection. I am now certain that this was, and has been, a pump and dump. When it quacks like a duck and swims like one..... JMHO
