Jb believes the house should build itself once the foundation is there. He just doesn't understand the market and he never will. The only way we make money is if the pps moves despite his ignorance or someone else take the reins and steers the carriage. I'm actually hoping for both but that JB doesn't leave the company. He's very valuable but he hurts the shareholders due to his ignorance.
