lxu0077--They have cash on hand of about $27mm-----they have a potential NOL play on $650mm which if they can take the full amount would probably very roughly yield about $195mm or less---but they would need to continue in the same line of business for two years after the Chp.11 to accomplish this---they have one loan participation that we know of---and the $265mm tax refund which is contested by the FDIC as you noted---GLTY
