What you guys also fail to realize is that there is a schedule present other than the one for VIPR and its investors. Drilling contractors aren't going to sit around and wait for VIPR to raise cash. For certain commodity markets, some contractors lose thousands of dollars per day of revenue if they aren't drilling. They will find another company who has cash to drill. Then VIPR will have to take a backseat again. It could be weeks or months. You also have to deal with the timeframe for the licenses.

What is going to drive this stock upward will be positive drilling results or an announcement of some major non-dilutive financing, JV, etc.
