Why would we post that as a sticky? It is unverifiable
and there is no Al whoever and Hail just came into existence. I would suggest you look at all the releases of SPPH that were disseminated and tell us what you think after that. Then convince us why we should sticky the post with some verification. Happy Easter.

"Mods please sticky this link"

Bless your heart, and thanks for the suggestion, but let me explain why that would be undesirable, dangerous and illegal.

Those familiar with stock scams will know Supatcha (SAEI) well (and many of those who fell for the Supatcha scam also fell for the SPPH scam too, not entirely surprisingly - the crooks behind these things know how to target their prime demographic - low IQ, greedy, instant gratification-type individuals).

Supatcha was outed as a scam surprisingly early on - not least due to the work of some posters who have also commented on the fact that Spencer Pharma is undoubtedly a scam - and even more surprisingly was quickly suspended for ten days by SEC.

Such ten day suspensions are the "maximum" penalty SEC can exert, and by law such stocks can recommence trading (or a close approximation to trading) on the grey markets after ten days.

The SEC and the DoJ move exceedingly slowly on these things, so no civil or criminal case has yet been brought against those behind the Supatcha scam.

But - and this is a big but - a case has been brought against one of the penny stock promoters, WSCF, who knowingly promoted SAEI during the pre-suspension period.

You can see the details here:

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2011/comp21841.pdf

and one of the relevant quotes is:

"WSCF has existed for approximately ten years and in that time is believed to have disseminated misinformation relating to hundreds of penny stocks. Other relatively recent penny-stock fraud programs in which WSCF has played a role include Fidelis Energy, Inc. (“Fidelis” or “FDEI”), a purported developer of solar-energy projects that WSCF promoted in the first half of 2010, and Supatcha Resources, Inc. (“Supatcha” or “SAEI”), a purported mineral-exploration company that WSCF promoted in April and May of 2010."

The relevance of this to Spencer Pharma is that SEC's eyes are now upon those who "disseminate misinformation" about penny stock scams.

And as I and others have shown beyond any reasonable doubt, SPPH is a penny stock scam.

Therefore for any Moderator to perpetuate the lies of Messrs Amyot, Arella and Albi would expose us to action from SEC, which is - from my perspective at least - undesirable.

Which is why I will never reproduce any material disseminated by the liars at Spencer Pharma without warning that it is, indeed, a lie.

And that applies to the Box formerly known as the iBox, and to "sticky" posts on this MB, as well as anywhere else.

Not so incidentally this firm statement of intent by SEC that they were going to go after the penny stock promoters who accept money to "disseminate misinformation" without doing even the most rudimentary due diligence that would show that stocks like SPPh and SAEI are scams explains one thing:

Before the SAEI case, many different penny stock scam promoters had accepted the IAB dollar to uncritically reproduce the false and misleading PRs that Arella, Albi, Morrice and Amyot had created about SPPH.

Since the SEC action, not one of the usual suspects - not even IAB Media itself - has published one of its lie sheets promoting SPPH.

It also suggests that any individuals who similarly uncritically reproduce the demonstrable lies of Spencer Pharma need to be very, very careful.

There's a new SEC sheriff in town - or at least he's dried himself out and turned over a new leaf! - and he doesn't seem to be in a mood to take prisoners.
