If I may add something. Stage one will open the door for new technologies. ( Ion exchange cartridges, and silver bearing batteries, Plus many application for the mining industries). These new technologies IMO. Would not be tied so much to the fertilizer.
That is what I understand too. They either need to have additional operational plants or storage to get the product closer to where it is needed in order to minimize freight costs. The winter months is when it has to move now. Weather is a big factor in agriculture and fertilizers. Stage I can still be used to lower costs of the making of silver, but it does not increase the amount made. Down the road it will be a big factor.
