No it's not. To put things in perspective, Lake Victoria Mining just started phase 2 of the exploration of their property in Singida this year. The total costs for the exploration of the property up until 12/31/10 were just under $1.3M.

Because IF...and that's a big IF at this time...they are actually going to drill, they will go through cash quickly. On-the-other hand, it could simply be greed at the top of JCB's priority list. In that case, the cash on hand will eventually be cash in pocket...not ours of course.
