There's alot of news yet to come and it should add value to the shareprice by drawing in new investors... Lots of Q's need answers: For example, what's the aggressive business plan that warrants multi-million dollar valuations?... Are Contracts in place? When will things get rolling? Whats the short term timeline? Long term timeline? Etc... Companies don't always need revenue for shareprice appreciation ... I've been in plays where the market perceived value long before actual profits were realized and shareprice moved up accordingly... It's all perceived value... If management gets on the fast track, things could change for the better and change fast... Let's hope they give market enough reason to have this at .20+ short term :S

but I still don't see how this one is cosidered a R/M
and not a merger.
Regarding the independent assessment, we can see that these are forward looking projections.
Exerpt "It was assumed that each business owns their own intellectual property, has its own management

I am still holding for the news and the pop but not the future earnings. Thank you though.
