This is a oil stock. So PPS will rise based on valuation rather than speculation.

It really won't matter. As long as news hits, PPS will gap hard whatever the first trading day following is, or there will be an enormous rise during the trading day if PR hits the newswire mid-day. Look what happened when the RM was confirmed, not just assumed, in March ~ 0.02. Now, when the RM is completed and confirmed by PR, I expect multi-cents almost instantaneously.
