I agree with you, and the two weeks is really up tomorrow.
What bothers me is that no press release has been made
on the reasons for the filings of documents. Is CGAQ for
instance, just asking for a Variance or some type of Zoning
requests. He ( Mr. Swank ) used the plural, when stating he
had met with government officials ( a clerk is a government
official) and he also stated different departments. A little
more clarity on his part, would have been beneficial. As far
as my comment on Insider trading, I pray, that it's not so,
however, if it turns out the requests were denied, then the
date of the denial would clear matters up. So lets hope for
the best. I buy on the news and I do not sell on rumors.
I will continue to be LONG regardless. I am here for the
dollar sign and not the penny.
