My brother-in -law has not been able to sell out his position--he has offered it from .001 all the way down to .0004 with no takers---

He said he called fidelity and was told to either leave it in GTC or put a mkt order in ---he might get $10 if a mkt order is used b/c then he becomes the mkt---

He said Fidelity just said "there is no volume --not in the past couple days"" my in-law said No Stick! and hung up..

He always has been a rude piece of work
