The technology is worth far more than today's market cap. Building the team after proof of concept will be paramount.

Absolutely INCORRECT: The permit applications are in the hands of DEC....it's now up to them to process and approve them....JBII doesn't make the decision....DEC does....

Actually, no, JBII submitted all paperwork on time and/or early for the permits. It's 100% out of their hands.

Although the 10K says they already have permits for two more processors so it may just be the solid waste permit they are waiting on. :)
