Does anyone know if a company has to register it's name in Delaware the same as it actually is?

Case in point. The new name for Distribution Management is...

Corporation Management Solutions Inc

On January 31, 2011, the Company re-domesticated itself from Florida to Delaware. The new name of the Company in Delaware is DMS Florida, Inc. DMS has completed its reorganization and is in the process of negotiating to acquire new business properties and/or assets
