IMO, Kind of hard to give a date since audit financial takes quite sometime especially when they have to submit 3 quarterly (2011 Q1 included) and 1 annual reports. Afterward, it's up to Finra to take their sweet time lifting ZLUS's status.

The wells issue should resolve quickly since it's just submitting the proof of partnership or ownership if ZLUS has the wells. It's the financial that will take quite a bit of time.

HI, just that work goes on on all fronts...it takes a lot of days/hours and calendar time between financial, SEC, FINRA, KY acquisition, Pinks.....
