I'm really not sure what's going on anymore (and apparently didn't know before either :) Like many here, I originally got in because of the connection to HM3, Forbes Riley, the Crosstoner, etc. Was just on the sidelines anticipating launch of their products.
Totally surprised by the news this week. After yesterday's PR about the new company focus and agreement with Carmil Energy, I would speculate that HM3 is history. Or, maybe Chris leverages existing participation rights in those products to help fund the new venture... will have to wait to see.
I can't imagine Chris would switch gears like this unless it was going to be lucrative, or a better deal in the long run.
I'm intrigued by the new developments... and content to wait and see how this plays out.
