Imo those permits are nothing more than paperwork and a formality at this point....JBII doesn't pollute or they never would have gotten that order to operate without them from DEC

Unless, there are more included contingencies, subject too's and the like... LOL. Contractual laws are as such they can be written so both parties are in agreement to achieve the end goal...
