It is just my theory but I think too much of the flaot is locked up by long term holders who dont want too sell and the fact that the CEO holds over 50% of the foat to maintain controlling interest. There is not much left for the MMS to drive up PPS and make this thing run. I guess that is good long term but for now I think we are stuck in this range until more shares are reduced. What we really need is a transparent head count of the floating shares based on the last PR. We still are unclear of the AS and OS based on the new numbers.
