The SEC found them guilty and thus had the DOJ arrest them via the FBI...

The trial is set to begin and there is no stopping M&M and the insiders from doing time.

Those 73 pages are more likely to contain Rumpelstiltskins formula for changing straw into gold than anything that could help M&M or embarrass the SEC. Its absolutely amazing that some are so eager to blame anyone and anything other then the two lying scumabgs that stole the money and perpetrated the fraud.
