If it is a Reverse Merge (which it is looking that way) he would be asked to do so. So yeah Tank I agree, Winter's knows this is very beneficial to IHSN or he wouldn't agree to do so.

As excited as I am to see something new developing here with IHSN, these Green alternative energy start-ups always seem to be a lotto play type investment.

I am however impressed with this company being recognized by the U.N. and with the accomplishments of the management of this company.

I have looked into alot of these "green" alternative energy stocks before. If they can actually bring this product/service to market (and it does what they claim)- IT WILL BE HUGE.

The demand is GREAT for what they would be providing, and the contracts would definately come...IMHO
