Wrong, this was in a SEC filing about Xynergy from ACDU
It can be found on page 7

Xynergy are the ones who paid Marketwire for a PR about the meeting and in turn made ACDU, and I quote from the SEC filing "We were perplexed by the brazen exaggeration by XYNH and its stock promoters." and "However, we ultimately learned that the proposal was not serious and that, based on the claim of billions of dollars in potential revenue, was most likely issued for the purpose of selling unregistered securities" by XYNH
