I think we've all been hosed by the china market in one way or another lately, but we shall see. It looks like the admin has already made the name change, so welcome to Progressive Stocks. Let's keep it small cap, international is still welcome, bio, energy, green, basically if you can convince the group that it's worthy of being on the index, we will add it. Gonna kill the china index, and the alt index and create just one "Progressive Stock Index" with all the keepers.

Here's how we gonna roll with this thing. Send me your top 12. As long as they are small cap, it's legal. They can be from either of the two previous indexes or it can be one of your favs from off the cuff. Those surviving from the other 2 indexes will just move over.

All stocks gaining at least two votes will make the cut, and then we can haggle over the remainder.
