Agreed with you on other things but IMO low floater are dangerous to short!!!

I believe you want to short a low floater. They move on air, and fall on nails.

I don't short, but I agree with you that shorting has a place (as long as it is done within the rules). Anyway I don't think shorting SLMU at these levels would be a very wise move.

So, do you think conspiring to drive the price down would qualify as securities fraud.
