carrot=your exactly right. There is absolutely no reason to blow them off with the wanker letter unless he was in on the fix plus he sat and watched this become delisted and didn't lift a finger. This certainly does wreak.
Carrot, the STC had relegated our complaint to an assistant who had no idea what was going on at the SEC and DTCC, sort of like asking Madoff if there was any chance of malfeasance under the SEC's watchful eye. And there is no graceful way to tell an assistant that he is being stupid. I wish I had told him myself. At least a chance to let the SFC what dolts they were about the situation.
