I think you have put your finger exactly on the crux of why there are no contracts yet, and why over-optimism regarding permit issue led to the necessity for today's extreme caution. Strongly urge all NY shareholders to contact their senators to explain cicrumstances and the urgent need for permit issue by the authority!
