If you are starting to DD during trading, pull up L2
On Otcmarkets.com
-Check to see if they are pink or OTC.
-Read all the last disclosures/filings. Really read them.
-Look at any SS changes, RSs etc.
-Look over their PRs for atleast 1 year back to see what materialized, and what was pump. A ton of PRs and a disclosure or filing showing low to no revs is a strong sign of a pump.
Check for any recent paid pumps or promotions
Check Nevada SOS and OTCBB.com daily list. With this being a pinky, SS changes will show there first. Also, you can check and make sure they have current registration.
Look at Ihub for the investor sentiment. Don't believe any posts, do your own DD. Check the stock's board and do a public post search.
