Even though these questions can be asked and answers received by anyone that really wants to know the answers.

Smart-tek serveice representative,

I have been a shareholder for a couple months and would like to know what is on the horizon for Smart-tek? The company currently is an OTC BB stock so exact details on share structure are not accurately reported by any place I can find. Could you answer a couple questions for me?

What is the current share structure and do we plan on doing any dilution or stock splits in the near future?

Do we plan on up-listing to a major exchange in the next few years?

After these questions are answered I will then decide to add to my
position or pursue other ventures.

Dear Mr.:

The only change in the capital structure was disclosed on the Form 8-K that was filed on December 10, 2010.

There are no plans to dilute or split the stock in the immediate future.

Concerning uplisting - if and when it makes sense to do so, uplisting would be a consideration.

The December Form 10Q is due on February 14, 2011, which will have any and all updated information.
