EXCS has had a perfect chart. We have all seen and watched all the way up how someone will use 5K and 10K sells to try to shake out any weak hands. That is the time to add. It has worked for us so far.There never are many on the ask anyway. This week is horrible in the pennystock market. Super low volume etc.
