And honestly, your investment sentiment is the exact reason that stocks go up.
A lot of people take the risk and get in early, but there are a LOT of people (especially institutional investors) that wait until certain things are completed, or until certain price points are hit before jumping in.
IMO, that's why we're seeing more institutional investors on the L2s, but that's why they're usually up a few ticks from where we're trading at for the day.
