Now...RMT..Nokia...Microsoft...Navteq...etc. could partner and come up with something similar and better than this...couldn't they?

Cause I just bet that 99 year lease was not assignable, and if I am right, the only way for a company to get it would be to BUY RMT and us little ole shareholders lot stock and barrel.
That 99 year lease might be like the frame of the house. Have to buy the house to get it, not just the contents.
Well, sure will be interesting to see how it all fall into place.
Above all my opinion which changes daily as I continue to research.
