Why is it a new company? Hasn't Ron been on the board since the start. Are we saying that he didn't know the company his has been on the board for a long time didn't know about the audit. We were told it was done put it out unless your trying to hide something!!!He might as well not put anything out than to put out what he did. What a waste of time.
