yes volatility is down the last few days, rasche plays the breakout of an nr7, which we've had two in a row on the spx, looking for a trend day.



i saw that post on up/down volume, we are really oversold, i don't know which way it will break, but it sure looks like a bear flag.

be significant. I don't know what that significance is,
unfortunately, but it has to mean something. ):
