I've notified or questioned the info OTCMarkets has many times on their having bad info many times. They just say they get their info from the company or they did a conversion according to what was released and it's up to the company to make the correction.
If you notice in the disclosure statement, 2009 and 2010 SS info is the same. That was a mistake.
If you look at what the SS was when they were a Nevada company before going to Wyoming, you can figure what their max O/S could have been. Then, apply the 1:200 R/S to that figure.
Not saying I'm right, but that's how I came up with the iBox figures.
No way can OTCMarkets O/S be right.
