One of the few things that I'm 100% certain of is that, for some people, no document, no testimony, no common sense, NOTHING will "put the speculation to rest". Publishing the "Blue Sheets" would only lead to some new request for a document that the party making the request does not understand.
I read everything that I needed to read in the 450 page report.
