The float when NNVC went public was 20 million shares. It is now over 93 million shares, not counting the 2.5 million shares they announced today.
A 465 percent increase, to me, is a lot.
And you are wrong when you say there hasn't been much capital raised - it's just that NNVC is transferring all the capital to Diwan's other company, TheraCour. Diwan has paid himself - oops, the fancy way is to say "NNVC has paid TheraCour" - over $4 million so far, according to the SEC filings.
What does TheraCour do for that money? It's for vague "development costs". Never really spelled out.
