do you know the difference between rs and forward split??????

Capital Change=shs increased by 20 for 1 split. Ex-date=11/09/2010. Rec date=08/17/2010. Pay date=11/08/2010.

I'm sorry for that,I read that wrong.So it was a forward split.My apology on that.I've only been in this this last few days,and have a lot to learn on these pennies,no doubt.I am feeling a little better on this,but am very leary.They will have to have a whopper of a PR coming very soon,or they will sink into oblivion.What I am worried about is why thier was an audit not done before the merger.This is a red flag for mee.Does anyone have an answer on this?thanks.
