The state of Nevada says the A/S is 980 million. Until I see otherwise, that's who I'll believe.

If you have evidence of some conspiracy to file legal documents on behalf of Kat without their knowledge, please present it here

HV, they said they reviewed the OTC documents filed 4/15...correct? (see top of page 2)

Take a look at the period ending date on that 4/15 filing, my friend...February 28th.

The A/S was not increased until 4/11/2011.

What happened between 2/28 and 4/11? What happened between 4/11 and 4/19? Any guesses?

This is what I'm referring to. I could care less what the share structure was as of 2/28. We're sitting at 4/19 and an amendment was filed 4/11.

I still don't see the big deal. If they raised to A/S to accomodate a JV or raise capital, fine. If you think someone fraudulently filed a legal document to dilute KATX shares, then I would urge you to report it to Ken Stead ASAP. Regardless, I haven't seen the company issue any statement correcting that increase. Have you?
