I'm not gonna nitpick at this stage. Anything is better than nothing. He could have also NOT released them at all. Audited or Unaudited, I don't see this as a negative thing.
HE just put out something in order to satisfy pinksheets. And as for why no press release I imagine he was trying to slip it by. But sorry Ron don't be surprised that they know already.They might just put a call into your auditors and find out the truth. Won't that be fun.
