The first isn't in pennies, and it's float is half of APCXs.

had a reverse split which sent them into the dollars and now back into the pennies!

Many go to dollars on RSs. That is the purpose, but look at it now. It went sub-penny a few month back. People lost money in that RS to dollars and now back to pennies.
