Food for thought...first, there is no way to verify the identity of a poster on an anonymous board; second, Robert Wilson resigned from Telemark in 2003; third, Mr. Wilson's second amended complaint was dismissed by the trial court "with prejudice"; it is a final judgment and is "res judicata" on all the claims that were brought; that means they can't be brought again (of course the REAL Mr. Wilson can appeal the decision but as a pro se plaintiff whose case has been dismissed on the merits it is my opinion that it is highly unlikely the Appeallate Court will even entertain this case (there is no right to a jury trial in a civil case either as was asserted earlier) also, if the case had any merit the REAL Mr. Wilson would have hired an attorney to repesent him because the legal process is quite complex and generaly pro se plaintiffs don't fare well in court; fourth, read the latest filing by HLXH, this is a pink sheet company with solid revenues and no dilution that is currently undervalued in my opinion; fifth, the high end housing market is rebounding as evidenced by recent articles to that effect, as well as the Commerce Dept. announcement today that housing starts are on the upswing; sixth, there is a solid business plan here and profits will come imo... (this is NOT a pink stock with billions of shares outstanding and massive debt that issues fluff prs to sell shares...)
