What are you looking at? The float is over 3 billion shares with a total of 28 billion just issued. After the reverse there was only 1.5 million outstanding. About 2 weeks ago the company issued over 28 billion shares.
Just wait until these get dumped. We are now lower then pre-split price with 100 times more shares outstanding. You do the math from there.
