Highly doubt it is dilution. Looks like people just dont want to hold any longer. JMO. There would be a ton more volume if it were dilution.

Looks like dilution to me too . Why would anyone be selling such a high amount at these new lows. When .01+ is right around the corner. Time will tell if these cheap shares are a result of diltuion or panic selling
