It wasn't that long ago that JADA had audited financial numbers. Obviously I would go in and do some additional DD (see the jade for myself) before I laid down that kind of cash. It's just a hypothetical.
In the meantime, I'll hold onto some shares in the hopes that around May 15th, the company once again reports.
