I don't see a lot of panic selling today but 1.3 million shares. I am however in agreement with you that many here don't seem to grasp what is going on. This is a SPIN OUT NOT A SPIN OFF and as a result we are keeping our SRSR shares and getting an additional bonus of Shining Tree Shares, both SRSR and Shining Tree shareholders are going to benefit with the success of Shining Tree. Looks to me like MM's are taking advantage of the ignorance of many. Remember their goal is to separate an investor from their money through creating doubt by using scare tactics.

SRSR will benefit from the Spin OUT and get money from the Shining Tree success. People here need to think and do some research on other spin outs. Stop speculating and do some research, people.
